Gorge mobile & RV Park consists of 51 MHP pads located in Washington State. Initially this property was a classic value add asset with below market rents, poor rule enforcement and lack of investment back into the community. By acquiring this asset at a favorable price and terms, we were able to begin improving the asset day one.

Improvements included adding a playground, renovating homes, adding two RV pads, cleaning up garbage and debris within the park, improving and enforcing rules, etc. Due to the changing landlord/tenants laws within Washington State, we successfully sold this asset in 2022. This provided our investors with extremely attractive returns.
