The portfolio includes MH assets, along with 6 single family block homes and 1 commercial property. Located in a strong and growing market, our plan is to improve operations, as well as increase NOI and overall valuation. In the pursuit of profitability and simplicity, we will also be selling off all block homes and commercial assets. This asset is currently under management.
